If as an author, you have a concern about how your manuscript was reviewed, such as a belief that reviewers misinterpreted your work, you should make an appeal to the board (email@example.com). Appeals are brought before the board and discussed.
If as a reviewer of an unpublished, or a reader of a published, manuscript, you have ethical concerns, you should raise this with the board (firstname.lastname@example.org). If your concerns have to do with the conduct of the board and/or editor, you should also begin by writing to email@example.com, which will initiate a procedure independent of the editorial board. If you want more information on the intricacies in question, that can be found here: AJS Ethics Policy.
